What exactly is a HoloQuad and what does it do?
The HoloQuad is a four sided pyramid made from shatterproof polycarbonate. It allows any smartphone to be used as a viewing projector for use with specifically generated online content.

You will receive one HoloQuad boxed in outer packaging with a strip of zero residue adhesive included.
How do I use the HoloQuad?
It’s so simple, just follow these 4 easy steps;
- Start by finding the content you wish to view online. Hours of content are available for free on video sharing websites such as YouTube. Content can be found using the search terms ‘HoloQuad’ or ‘Holographic videos’.
- Take the adhesive strip and roll it into a ball, place it in the cavity at the tip of the HoloQuad. (This secures the HoloQuad in place and allows for a more enjoyable viewing experience.)
- Turn up the brightness on your smartphone.
- Place the HoloQuad in the centre of the video image, turn off the lights, press play and enjoy the magic!
- For best results ensure the room is in complete darkness before pressing play.

How Do I Use a Voucher Code?

What About Duties And Taxes?
If you live outside the European Union you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package depending on local customs. We have no control over this, and unfortunately have no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information regarding this.

How will my HoloQuad be sent?
We post all items via Royal Mail postage. Items are sent second class to the UK and via Royal Mail Airmail overseas.
When will I receive my HoloQuad?
UK customers will receive their items within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
European and International customers will receive their items within 10-14 working days.
Please note that all timescales stated are approximate and exclude weekends. It may take longer for Royal Mail/your local postage provider to deliver your item during busy periods. HoloQuad Ltd are not responsible for postage delays or items lost in the post.
I want to change/cancel my order, how do I do that?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible after ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to amend or cancel your order and refund your payment before it is dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched you will need to return it to us before we can refund you. Please follow the returns procedure below. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchased and payment will be refunded either at the time of cancellation or when we receive the returned product.
I have received my order but it’s damaged, what do I do?
Firstly, please accept our genuine apologies that your item has been received in less than perfect condition, we take every care when packaging our product but unfortunately, very rarely, items get damaged in transit. We are happy to either refund or replace any damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at email@example.com to advise us of the problem. You then have two options for return;
Simple Photo Returns
If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up your return by following these simple steps:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
Attach your photos to an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your order number, full name & postal address (including any post/zip codes), a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
You will receive an email within 24-48 business hours confirming that your photo return is being processed. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.
Please note: If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
You must keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions from us advising on how to proceed.
